Hi All- Welcome to my blog dedicated to fans of Tom's Hot Sauce. Please share your thoughts on the many samples of Hot Sauce you all have been reviewing for me over the years.
I've always loved the stuuf. I'm an old man but I still like the kick-flip! Perfect for that Bloody Mary morning, on your eggs, nachos, burgers, salad, anything! (Well OK....maybe not the salad.)
I am ordering some of your sauce. I cannot wait to try it.
We are starting to bottle some hot sauce and I found some of your information useful.
What kind of equipment is needed to bottle hot sauce in 5 oz woozys? How do you measure the the correct amount? We have a commercial certified facility to make it in but not sure about how to bottle it efficiently.
Any advice would be greatly appreciate. Thanks a million!
Is it okay to make around a hundred bottles of my own recipe in my kitchen and selling to neighbors/coworkers legally? I would like to do this just for fun, and maybe grow into a larger operation one day.
This is the best sauce I have ever had, the Kickflip is the best. When can I find it at the local store?
